2. Use of Content & Intellectual Property
All logos, brands, marks, headings, labels, names (including "Abhhyam", "Ardh Sainik Canteen", and "ASC"), numerals, shapes, or any combinations thereof appearing on this site are properties owned by or used under license by AVI and its associate entities.
• The use of these properties or any content on this site is strictly prohibited.
• You may not sell, modify, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials for any public or commercial purpose without written permission from AVI.
3. Acceptable Website Use
(A) Security Rules:
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including:
• Accessing data not intended for the user or logging into a server/account without authorization.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network.
• Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network via "flooding," "spamming," or "crashing."
• Sending unsolicited electronic mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services.
(B) General Rules:
Users may not use the Website to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material that:

4. Direct Selling & Marketing Plan
By registering as a Direct Seller on Abhhyam.com, you acknowledge that:
• You have clearly understood the ASC Marketing Plan, the compensation structure, and its conditions.
• Earnings are strictly in proportion to the volume of performance/sale of goods or services by you or your team as stipulated in the plan.
• There are no territorial restrictions on the sale of goods/services.
• AVI reserves the liberty to accept or reject any application for Direct Selling at its discretion.
5. Pension Bond Coins (PBC) & Benefits
• The "Pension on Shopping" initiative is subject to the purchase of authentic brands and services through authorized channels.
• Pension Bond Coins are earned based on routine daily needs and are governed by the specific terms of the Pension Fund Plan outlined in the official brochure.
6. Indemnity
The User unilaterally agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company (AVI), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands arising from or resulting from their use of Abhhyam.com or their breach of the terms.
7. Liability & Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
• Liability: AVI’s total liability to the User for all damages or losses shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company, if any, related to the cause of action.
• Consequential Damages: In no event shall AVI or any parties associated with the corporate brand name be liable for any damages whatsoever (including incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website.
8. Termination of Service
AVI reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate service at any time without notice, whether justified or not, and shall not be liable for any damages arising from such actions.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
